Client work should be treated like client work.

Analogify Studio and ChromaHaus are designed around private delivery, controlled access, and narrow data handling rather than ad-tech style tracking.

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • Photos and videos are processed inside controlled AWS infrastructure.
  • Uploaded work is used to run the product workflow, not to train our own models.
  • Plausible is the only analytics service used on these pages.

What data the product handles

Gallery metadata, access emails, download activity, moderated comments, preview applications, and the media uploaded by photographers to deliver client work.

Why it is used

To authenticate access, deliver galleries, process images through ChromaHaus, prevent abuse, review preview applications, and support admin workflows.

Access and delivery controls

Gallery access uses controlled application infrastructure, signed media URLs, and approval-before-publish workflows so content is not exposed by default.

Retention

Gallery content remains until the operator deletes it or the gallery expires. Operational records are retained only as long as needed to operate, troubleshoot, or follow up on the workflow.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, and uploaded work is not used to train our own models. Marketing analytics remain limited to privacy-friendly Plausible events.
