Client work should be treated like client work.

Analogify Studio and ChromaHaus are designed around private delivery, controlled access, and narrow data handling rather than ad-tech style tracking.

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • Photos and videos are processed inside controlled AWS infrastructure.
  • Uploaded work is used to run the product workflow, not to train our own models.
  • Plausible is the only analytics service used on these pages.

What data the product handles

Gallery metadata, access emails, download activity, moderated comments, and the media uploaded by photographers to deliver client work.

Why it is used

To authenticate access, deliver galleries, process images through ChromaHaus, prevent abuse, and support admin workflows.

Retention

Gallery content remains until the operator deletes it or the gallery expires. Operational logs are generally kept for around 30 days unless review requires longer retention.
